ETS-UV medium-pressure UV systems (SX, ECF, ECP ranges)
Validated medium-pressure UV for chloramine destruction and Crypto inactivation
Overview
ETS-UV, now a Xylem brand, makes medium-pressure UV systems that destroy chloramines and inactivate chlorine-resistant pathogens such as Cryptosporidium in pool, spa, splash pad, and water park recirculation loops. The SX range covers single systems from roughly 10 to more than 5,000 cubic meters per hour with one to eighteen lamps, automatic power stepping, and an automatic quartz wiper. It suits large natatoriums and water parks that need validated secondary disinfection sized by an engineer.
