Product categories
Mer-Made's 132, 143 and 160 Series are horizontal fiberglass pressure sand filters for commercial pools, supplied as single, dual (side-by-side or stacked) or multiple-tank systems with face piping.
Available through FreyTech
Best fit: Commercial swimming pool filtration, Competition and lap pools, Waterpark and lazy-river circulation systems
Mer-Made's FRP basket strainers protect commercial pool pumps from debris. The line includes the FO (full-outlet), T-Style and LP (low-profile) housings, plus M-Series and S-Series direct replacements for Marlow and Sta-Rite cast-iron strainers.
Available through FreyTech
Best fit: Pump suction protection on commercial pool circulation systems, Replacement of cast-iron pump strainers, Industrial and corrosive fluid straining with upgraded resins and basket alloys
Mer-Made modulating float valves throttle the main drain line as surge tank level rises so gutter water can flow to the tank. They are deliberately not tight-closing and pass some main drain flow even when 'closed'. Sizes 4 to 12 in.
Available through FreyTech
Best fit: Surge tank main drain flow modulation, Gravity-flow main drain lines, Inline main drain lines connected to pump suction (XWB models)
Mer-Made builds closed-top vertical and horizontal fiberglass surge tanks, plus custom open-top rectangular and segmented tanks, to provide surge capacity for gutter pools. Each tank is individually engineered and hydrostatically tested at the factory.
Available through FreyTech
Best fit: Surge storage for gutter pools, Balance/collector tank between main drain, gutters and pump suction, Stacked or multiple-tank surge systems with equalization fittings
Mer-Made makes fiberglass reducers with integral flat-face flanges to step process piping down to pump connection sizes. Eccentric reducers are used ahead of the pump and concentric reducers after it; sizes run from 4 x 2 in. to 16 x 14 in.
Available through FreyTech
Best fit: Pump suction transitions (eccentric), Pump discharge transitions (concentric), Adapting new equipment to existing piping of a different size
Mer-Made's Automatic Chemical and Backwash Controllers page lists the PoolLink 100, 200, 300/500 and 1000 Series. The 100 and 1000 Series automate pH and ORP/ppm control with proportional dosing; the 200 Series is a CO2 feed system for pH control.
Available through FreyTech
Best fit: Automatic pH and ORP/ppm control, CO2 pH control, Filter backwash sequencing (FilterLink)
